Lithan Academy Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2025 will be held on 02 December 2025 at the Lifelong Learning SG (Lecture Theatre)

All communication about this event will be sent to the graduands via whatsapp and/or their registered email account. Graduands are advised to keep a look-out on their email to stay updated for any announcements related to the event. For more information, you may also refer to the FAQs.

We will open the admission counters for the guests at Lifelong Learning SG (Lecture Theatre) from 1:00 PM onwards. 

Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time and register at the designated check-in counters, bringing their graduand’s student number for verification. Upon registration, a wristband will be issued, which must be worn throughout the event.

Seating in the Lecture Theatre is on a first-come, first-served basis, and ushers will guide guests to the nearest available seats. Once the Lecture Theatre reaches capacity, guests will be directed to Event Hall 2-2, where the ceremony will be live-streamed.

Please note that guests without a wristband will not be admitted to the venue or reception.


Mobile devices are to be switched off or set to silent mode during the ceremony.

Infants and Children below 6 years old

Due to the formal nature and length of the ceremony, infants in arms and children below 6 years old will not be admitted into the theatre. They will be seated with their accompanying adult in the Event Hall (2-2) on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Strollers/ Prams must be folded before entering the Event Hall.

Guests should be properly attired in business wear, smart casual wear, or traditional dress. Please avoid inappropriate attire, such as singlets, shorts, slippers, and clothing with inappropriate words or images.  
 

Guests should conduct themselves in an appropriate manner that demonstrates respect towards the graduands, other guests, and the speakers on stage. There will be zero tolerance for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour. This includes and is not limited to taking ‘selfies’ or ‘wefies’ on stage, stunts or disruptions.  Anyone who disrupts or interferes with the ceremony will be subject to removal from the any of the venue.

Photo Taking

During the graduation ceremony, guests must not leave their seats to take photographs, so as to avoid obstruction to the graduands as they move up the stage and back to their seats. 
 

At the end of the ceremony, graduands and guests would be requested to leave the Lecture Theatre in stages.

Please follow the instructions from the ushers.

Any forms of violence, abuse, or threats will not be tolerated, and the organisers reserves the right to take further action or report to the relevant authorities if necessary.

 

Seating Arrangement

Guests must be seated in the theatre at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony. To ensure the ceremony begins smoothly, the Lecture Theatre will close at 1:45 PM. Guests not yet seated by then will be guided to Event Hall 2-2 for the live streaming.
 
Seating for guests will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

As the graduation ceremony is a solemn occasion, guests are requested to remain in their seats throughout and to refrain from leaving the auditorium during the ceremony.


Accessibility Needs and First Aid

Due to the layout of the Lecture Theatre, personal mobility devices (PMDs) or wheelchair users may not be able to access the seating area. In such cases, we will allocate an alternative viewing area at the Event Hall 2-2.
Please note that wheelchairs are not available for hire from the event organizers.

Graduands and guests requiring first aid will be directed to Phoenix Medical Group (Paya Lebar) for treatment.

Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) is a 3-minute walk from Paya Lebar MRT.

  • Circle Line (CC9), Exit B
  • East-West Line (EW8), Exit A


By Car

Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) is located at 11 Eunos Road 8.

  • From PIE: Exit at Paya Lebar Rd
  • From Sims Ave or Guillemard Rd: Head towards Paya Lebar Rd, make a U-turn at the junction

Parking spaces are also available at Paya Lebar Square Carpark. 


Designated Drop-off Point

Please utilise the designated drop-off area located in front of Lifelong Learning SG, for drop-offs and pick-ups. Kindly note that the drop-off area should only be utilised for its intended purpose and not for parking or waiting.
